A minimum order is USD 8,500/shipment and you can mix the items.
Buyer MUST supply any additional accessories for packaging (if any) e.g: barcode, hangtag, & label sticker.
For engraving logo and special request to have small quantity per inner carton box – additional cost is applicable.
We use master carton box with standard size 58 x 32 x 48cm in final packing.
Inner carton box is available ONLY for small items such as : spoon, fork, butter knife, chopstick etc.
We always use brown paper to wrap the goods and put silica gels on it before we packed them in to carton box.

All prices are listed in US dollars, valid for minimum purchase USD 8,500/shipment.

Standard packaging in bulk quantities, Trucking from Bali to Surabaya Port, Export documents
Fumigation.
So if there are appear any other documents requested for your country it will be at your expenses. Therefore we do not need to make agreement outside of this context.
In case you prefer certain port other than Surabaya Port - additional cost that may occurred is also applied.
PAYMENT METHOD:
Time of production usually takes about three until four months. However, we will give you notification first if our production might full at time you place an order and cause the delay.
We only send the goods to Surabaya Port for FOB purchase
Your preferred port and or carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges (if any).
Shipping / handling charges will be calculated and added to your total order when the order is ready to ship (if any).
For sample purchase & Shipment
We do not provide free sample.
For shipment, you need to organize it from your end, or supply us with your DHL / UPS account number and we will drop it to their local outlet. In case you are using Fedex/TNT, pick up needs to be arranged from your end.
